On 10 Feb 10 Sgt. Norman and Deputy Sheriff Caltrider responded to a 911 hangup call at the residence of Benda Erb, age 59, 915 Rhodes Road, Lowell. Mrs. Erb informed the Deputies she was arguing with her husband over monetary issues and she phoned 911 when she felt things were getting out of hand. Mrs. Erb said she was unharmed and did not fear for her safety during the argument. As a result, Deputy Sheriff Caltrider closed this case as unfounded.

On 11 Feb 10 Deputy Sheriff Reeder responded to a residence in Reno where a female reported a nineteen year old acquaintance possibly overdosed on prescription drugs. The complainant said the male victim told her that he had a fight with his girlfriend and that he was not suicidal but that he consumed fifteen Flexeril pills and five Ativan pills to “take the edge off.” Transported to Marietta Memorial Hospital by the Reno Fire Department, the victim was placed in ICU for observation. The attending physician stated the victim would fully recover and that he did not ingest enough of the medications to cause death.
